Machu Picchu is an Incan citadel that was built in the Andes Mountains of Peru around 1450 A.D. by the Incas. Machu Picchu consists of more than 150 buildings which were so well built that the stone walls still stand today. Machu Picchu has been named one of the new 7 Wonders of the World.
